This means we are waiting for stock to arrive. We will give an indication of when we expect the stock but you can pre-order these products before they arrive so you don't miss out.
- Made to Order
These products are made when you place your order. The shipping estimation takes into account the time to make the product and ship it to you.
Treehouse Tribe offer special weekly deals for kids and parents. We're buying in bulk so you can take advantage of the super low prices every week.
Monday - Deals are activated on our website and announced in our Facebook group.
Monday to Sunday - Deals are available for purchase.
Sunday - Deals close at midnight.
We don't hold the products for our weekly deals in-stock. We order the products in bulk from our suppliers after the weekly deal has closed. This means there are no overhead costs to add on and we can secure a better bulk order price.
Not holding the products in-stock means you will have to wait up to 6 weeks for the product(s) to be delivered. While we say "up to 6 weeks", the typical waiting time is 2-4 weeks.

No, not at all. The Weekly Deals are active on the Home page of our website and available to everyone. The Treehouse Tribe Facebook Group is just a good way of being notified about the new deals. We also run giveaways and chat to our customers about products they are looking for.
Yes you can. However keep in mind you will have to wait until the Weekly Deal products have arrived at HQ before your order is sent out to you. We don't send part orders. One shipping fee = one parcel. If you need in-stock items delivered quickly, we suggest purchasing in separate orders.
