Shipping Costs

Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $5.00 on all NZ residential orders and $7.50 for all NZ rural orders. This applies irrespective of your location. 

Shipping Area

We ship to all locations in New Zealand reachable by Courier Post or NZ Post.

International customers need to contact us for a shipping quote before making a purchase.

Product Delivery Status

While browsing our products, you will find that we display an estimated delivery status.
There are 4 to look out for:

• IN STOCK with Treehouse Tribe
  We hold some stock here in New Zealand. These products can be sent out the same or following day and will arrive with you much quicker. We use Courier Post so you can expect your items to arrive within a day or two (depending on the time of year).

• IN STOCK with Supplier
  Treehouse Tribe partner with global merchants in order to provide you with the best products at the best prices. This means that your order is shipped from our global suppliers - usually overseas. Unfortunately our global suppliers do not provide tracking numbers but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Because we ship directly from our partners in other countries, your item may take 3-6 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

•  Available for PRE-ORDER
  This means we are waiting for stock to arrive. We will give an indication of when we expect the stock to arrive. We have made these products available for pre-order so you can see whats coming and you don't miss out.

•  Made to Order
  These products are made or printed when you place your order. The shipping estimation takes into account the time to make the product and ship it to you.
