Returns
Not happy with your purchased item? Simply send it back and we'll issue you with a store credit, no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
All items must be returned within 14 days.
Exchanges
Got the wrong size? Not to worry!
On return of the original item, we'll send you the requested replacement.
If the purchase was made from one of our international suppliers, we will need time to ship the new product to New Zealand. Letting us know your in need of an exchange as early as possible will speed this up a great deal.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping costs can be deducted from store credit if applicable or you may be required to pay the additional costs.
